MyMy name is Lauren Lopez and I am 16 years old. I am currently a CAT 1 racer for the Socal Devo team and a JV racer for the SC Composite mountain bike team. I have been riding my bike for around 8 years now and have been racing competitively for 3. A few of my greatest accomplishments so far have been getting second place over all in my Freshman year of the NICA Socal league, winning the 2018 Freshman State Championships, and completing a 2 person 24 hour race with my teammate Mady Rails. When I am not riding my bike I am riding my horse, Regency Gold Rush, or Rush. I enjoy showjumping and dressage. I am very thankful for all the opportunities that I have had as a rider and I could not have done all of this without my parents, coaches, and amazing teammates.
